There are several reasons a payment can fail. This could be that your card may have expired or been reissued, there may be insufficient funds in your account, or your bank may have blocked the payment. For your security, your bank will never share the exact reason with us so you’ll need to contact them to find out the exact reason. You can add and remove cards any time in the ‘My Account’ section of our website.
We don’t charge a joining fee. You simply pay monthly for as long as you’d like to receive these awesome tees.
First payments are taken at sign-up, allowing us to process your order quickly. Your next order (and all consecutive months) will be billed on the first of the month. If the payment fails don’t worry – we will automatically re-try (this may affect your delivery date).
There’s no contract and you can cancel whenever you like, but we hope you’ll love our subscriptions so much that you’ll never want to cancel!
Absolutely, sharing is caring. To gift somebody a (perhaps long overdue) wardrobe makeover simply select ‘gift’ at checkout and we’ll add a special note from you in the recipients first box!
Easy, just log into the ‘My Account’ section and you’ll be able to update your personal information, including your delivery address.
Sure! Perhaps you’d like to twin tees with your favourite little person. Or maybe you’d love the perfect hoodie to compliment your tee. Simply choose, “+ Add New Package” in the members area or “Add Subscription”. Payment for your new package will be processed as soon as you have selected your options.
We will send you a notification each month when we’ve dispatched your monthly tee box, but we don’t have order tracking at the moment. Typically your order will arrive within a couple of days of sending, but our courier prefer to guarantee delivery within 7 working days. If your item hasn’t arrived, simply get in touch with us via our contact page and we’ll find out what’s happened.
We advise to allow up to 7 working days, from the date of dispatch, for your order to arrive. If this is not with you at this point please contact us and we will look into this for you.
Our Tee-Picker goes live on the 20th each month, allowing you to pick your next awesome design. The Tee Picker closes on the last day of the month, so we can get to work printing your latest tee! We’ll send a reminder email 48 hours before the Tee Picker closes.
